Duane L.Smith 43, passed away Saturday, January 9th, 2021 at 2:09 pm. He leaves to celebrate his life and cherish his memory a large family.His daughter Diamond Smith;his Mother Sylvia(Charles) Jackson; his father Duane A. Thomas. Eight siblings: Jason(Tanesha) Smith , Rayshaun Smith , Larvell Smith Sr., Sylvia Smith, Joshua Smith, Pastor Dontez(Ashley) Smith, Darius Smith, and Latoya Smith; his Grandmother: Jean H. Smith ;Special aunt and uncle who helped raised him, Cathy and Larry Bogan. One additional Aunt;Five Uncles; his Fiancé Candice Mahr;and a host of aunts, nephews ,cousins other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be held on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Harvest Missionary Baptist church, 3649 East 93rd street . Cleveland, Ohio 44105 from 2:00pm-6:00 pm service held Saturday January 16,at the church where family will receive friends at 10:00am with service to follow at 10:30am
